Ep 3: Letting go of childish ways
Marty Grubbs • 19-Jun-2022
"“Real spiritual need and change, as we have emphasized, is on the inside, in the hidden area of the life that God sees and that we cannot even see in ourselves without his help.”
- Dallas Willard, Renovation of the Heart
This week, Senior Pastor Marty Grubbs, continued our series, Movementum, with a message challenging us to evaluate whether we are growing in our spiritual life. It is easy to fall into childish ways when it comes to our faith, and we can’t grow or move forward until we let go of our childish ways. How do we know if we are spiritually immature and how do we grow? One thing is for sure: outward signs do not indicate an inward heart change. Nothing without love. With love, all these things become magnified and more useful. Love is essential to spiritual maturity. Love is an outward indication of an inward spiritual maturity."
