Senior Pastor Marty Grubbs wrapped up the Unwavering series with the beautiful truth of restoration in Job’s life. Job lost everything in his life – his children, his wealth, his health, and his righteousness was called into question by friends. Job’s spirit was beaten down. God spoke to Job, first to remind him that God has been in control since the beginning of the world, He laid the foundations of the earth and sustains it still today. Job gained a fresh view of God, and God restored Job’s life spiritually, physically, relationally and financially. God is a forgiving, understanding, loving Father who restores. God always restores. And sometimes he gives us glimpses of this restoration on this side of heaven, but the ultimate restoration will come to us when we meet him face to face in glory, and we are restored to perfection.
