This week Senior Pastor Marty Grubbs kicked off a new series, Radical: Stop Playing it Safe. It’s time for us to do some evaluation. How deep is our commitment to the message of Jesus? From the book of Acts, Marty reminded us what the church was designed to be. Gathering together, giving generously, serving those in need, spreading the gospel to all nations, visiting the forgotten. It’s time to get radical in our faith (radical: different from the usual).
Radical commitment – Don’t push God out, then squeeze him back in.
Radical unity – Get engaged in the body of Christ.
Radical generosity – God’s plan to accomplish all we are to accomplish is biblical tithing.
