This week Pastor Marq Youngblood continued in our Summer in the Psalms series with a look at Psalm 16. In this song of David, the first thing he praises is that God is enough. In him is refuge and the path to all good things. God delights in his people and David celebrates his inheritance. Later in the psalm we see God’s people delight in him. Praising the Lord for his timely counsel, and remaining firm in faith with eyes firmly fixed on him, David’s song ends with that God does and will pour out eternal blessings. David’s future, and ours, is secure in God. This is a song worth singing.
